I whipped up the Amy Butler Sun Surf Halter pattern this weekend. It took about three hours to put together from start to finish, and although I didn't have any elastic on hand, I improvised and added some pleats to cinch in the back! The fabric is Amy Butler Temple Doors in Basil, from the Soul Blossoms line.

And here are some Easter Day shots, just as the sun disappeared! It was a quiet holiday for us, with a picnic in the park, The Office, and a couple sewing sessions for me. How was your weekend?
