Finishing Bottled Rainbows and my fabric scores

Enocuraged by Meg and the IMQG June finishing a project party, I'm determined to wrap up my Bottled Rainbows quilt this weekend. :)

Last four, ready for scraps

I also ordered the Kona charm packs I need to keep working on the cathedral windows quilt. I just hope I'm not distracted by all these pretty Jennifer Paganelli fabrics I kinda bought online while I was on vacation.

Also, thanks to Sew Sara, I'm going to be trying my hand at hexagons! Just look at all these fun hexie-ready fabric squares and paper templates she sent me as part of her "hexagon starter kit" giveaway! Awesome. I've got plans involving a cuddly cat, a TV, and some hand-sewing . . .

Thanks Sara! And thank you to all of you who gave me travel ideas for Quebec. The Montreal anniversary trip was a complete joy, filled with great food, sights, and weather! Here's a quick photo from our time there, taken at the Montreal Botanical Gardens.
